Delivery and how to pay
We ideally request that three to six months notice for one of our bespoke bouquets is given as it allows us plenty of time to source the best materials and vintage pieces for your order. However, shorter-notice orders may be possible as we keep certain materials in stock, just email or use the contact form to check availability.
Prices range, depending on the content and style as we can work to most budgets so please just ask…
Once you have agreed a design and price with Bespoke Bouquets, a 50% non-refundable deposit will secure your booking and allow us to source your materials. No booking is guaranteed until the deposit has been paid. We will send progress pictures of your order, and payment of the remaining 50% becomes due only when you are satisfied with the photographs of your completed order.
Once completed, your order will be sent quickly and securely by first class recorded delivery where a signature is required. All orders are beautifully presented and packaged lovingly to ensure they reach their destination in one piece.
Our bouquets are all bespoke pieces which are made to order and we prioritise our orders by the date of the wedding, contact us direct for more information. Bespoke orders are not eligible for refund.
We only currently ship to the UK, but if you email firstname.lastname@example.org with your address and the type of bouquet that you are interested in ordering, we would be more than happy to quote for international shipping.
